These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and betx7. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. betx7 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above.
1. Eligibility
To register and use betx7, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. betx7 does not allow any person under 18 to register, deposit, or play any game on the platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
- You must be accessing betx7 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individuals.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a betx7 employee.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You must register only one account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in all accounts being suspended and any associated balances forfeited.
betx7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Accounts that cannot verify age will be suspended until documentation is provided and verified.
2. Account Registration
When you register an account with betx7, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other information requested.
- Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- Notify betx7 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Update your account information promptly if any details change.
- Not share your account with any other person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
betx7 may carry out identity verification at registration or at any later point. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or other documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
betx7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason.
3. Deposits & Payments
All transactions on betx7 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betx7 supports the following deposit methods:
- JazzCash
- Easypaisa
- Raast
- Bank Transfer
- Debit / Credit Cards
- Mobile Wallets
By making a deposit, you confirm that:
- The funds you are depositing are legally obtained and belong to you.
- You are not using betx7 for any money laundering, fraud or other illegal financial activity.
- The payment method you use is registered in your own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period. These limits are displayed on the Deposit page and may be adjusted by betx7 at any time. betx7 does not charge deposit fees but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits that are flagged by betx7's fraud detection systems may be held for review. betx7 will contact you if additional verification is needed before funds are credited to your account.
betx7 does not accept deposits made using funds that belong to a third party. If this is detected, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawals from betx7 are paid in PKR to the payment method associated with your account. The following conditions apply:
- You must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals will be paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal screen within your account.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe stated on the Deposit page. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- betx7 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal.
- Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus-linked funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
If a withdrawal request is declined, betx7 will notify you and explain the reason where it is permitted to do so. Common reasons include outstanding wagering requirements, identity verification pending, or a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the account holder's name.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
betx7 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading the terms of each promotion before claiming it.
General bonus rules:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (for example, 20x or 30x) is stated on the individual promotion page.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting technical errors — will have bonuses cancelled and may be suspended.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports betting and casino games may have different contribution rates — check the promotion details.
- Withdrawal Before Wagering: If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, betx7 reserves the right to remove the bonus and any bonus-generated winnings before processing the withdrawal.
betx7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed an active promotion will have that promotion honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of claiming.
6. Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on betx7:
- All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except where betx7's in-play cancellation policy applies.
- betx7 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or where the odds offered were clearly incorrect.
- Bets on cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are settled according to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed beyond the stated rescheduling window, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed on the betting interface before you confirm your bet.
- betx7 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or series of bets. If a payout limit applies to your bet, you will be informed at the time of placement.
- In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay. betx7 cannot be held responsible for bets not being accepted during periods of high traffic or connectivity issues on the player's side.
- Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the full payout to apply. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections.
- betx7 does not accept bets placed by individuals with inside knowledge of an event outcome. Any such bets detected will be voided and the account reported.
betx7 covers cricket, PSL, T20, international football and esports. Odds and available markets vary by event. Always confirm your selection before finalising a bet.
7. Casino Rules
The following rules apply to all casino activity on betx7, including live casino, slots, fish games and table games:
- All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real dealers operating under controlled conditions. Results are independently audited.
- In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by betx7's server. betx7's server records are the definitive reference in any dispute.
- Winnings from casino games are credited to your main account balance and are available for withdrawal subject to any applicable wagering requirements from active bonuses.
- betx7 reserves the right to void casino game results where a technical error caused incorrect odds, game malfunction, or where the outcome was affected by a fault in the game software.
- Fish games are subject to their own in-game rules displayed within the game interface. By playing fish games, you accept those in-game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on betx7. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with betx7.

- Placing bets with inside knowledge of a sporting event's outcome.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt betx7's platform or infrastructure.
- Depositing funds on behalf of another person or allowing your account to be used by another individual.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards betx7 staff or other players.
betx7 monitors accounts for unusual activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, betx7 will act without prior notice and reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
9. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the betx7 platform — including but not limited to the betx7 name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of betx7 or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any betx7 content without prior written permission.
- You may not use the betx7 name, logo or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent.
- Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. betx7 operates as a licensed distributor of that content.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- betx7 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
- betx7 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any particular feature will function without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime are a normal part of platform operation.
- betx7 is not responsible for any losses caused by connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party payment processor delays outside of betx7's direct control.
- The total liability of betx7 to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits betx7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
13. Account Termination
Either you or betx7 may close your account at any time.
If you wish to close your account: Contact betx7 customer support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
If betx7 closes your account: betx7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions, is involved in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or rule violation, betx7 may retain the balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. betx7 will contact you using your registered contact details before any dormant account action is taken.
14. Amendments to These Terms
betx7 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, betx7 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of betx7 after the effective date of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using betx7 and close your account before the changes take effect.
